Floriade Mosman aims to use the highest quality of flowers. Due to the nature of flowers being seasonal not all flowers pictured will always be available. Floriade will use the closest type of flowers available at the time in your order and will do their best to make the order resemble the one pictured.
In the case of our candles and soaps if your choice is unavailable Floriade will substitute with a fragrance similar to your choice, alternatively you can choose a second option in our comments section.

There will be an appropriate courier fee automatically added to the cost of your order. This courier fee is charged by distance;

0-3km $16.00
3-6km $18.00
7-10km $21.00
11-15km $24.00
16-20km $28.00
21-25km $32.00
26-30km $35.00
30km + $40.00

It is your obligation to provide the correct and complete delivery details at the time of ordering. If the wrong details are provided Floriade will not be held responsible for the cost of redelivering the order. Your payment will be process once your online order in complete.

Floraide will aim to deliver the order by the given order date. Please note that Floriade does not deliver on a Sunday. We need all distance Saturday orders by the Friday before otherwise we are unable to deliver the order until the following Monday.
If we receive your order late in the afternoon for same day delivery and for reasons such as
1) the courier service has finished for the day
2) the reciepeint is unable to be contacted in a security gated property where the courier can not gain access
3) the delivery details are incorrect

Floraide will deliver the next delivery day. We do not take responsibility for late delivery in these cases.

Floriade will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered. It is up to the recipient to follow the care instructions that we attach to all orders to make sure their flowers last.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or wish to cancel it it is your responsibility to contact us on (02) 9969 9944 as soon as possible.
Floriade will contact you via phone or email if they have any concerns regarding your order. It is Floriade's aim to have the highest quality of products to keep our valuable customers happy.

Payment will be made via credit card through a secure payment gateway called EWAY. For more information regarding the EWAY payment system please visit www.eway.com.au.
Please note that a courier fee will be charged on check out. The courier service is charged by distance and the appropriate distance should be selected.
Please be careful when picking your products as all goods you choose will be sent out and charged. We also advise to double check that all your order details are correct.

Floriade has a no refund policy after the delivery has taken place. We believe our products are of the highest quality and hope that you agree. If you are dissatisfied in any way or you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will deal with each situation on a case by case basis.
