DELIVERY INFORMATION

Contactless Delivery

We are offering a Contactless Delivery Service where our drivers will leave the flowers on the doorstep and either ring the doorbell or telephone and wait at a safe distance for the flowers to be collected.

If the recipient is unavailable the driver will leave a card stating the safe location he left the flowers.

There will be an appropriate courier fee automatically added to the cost of your order. This courier fee is charged by distance

Contactless Pick-up: No charge

Local Delivery to Mosman, Cremorne and Neutral Bay: $20

For all other suburbs refer to our delivery calculator as you checkout.

It is your obligation to provide the correct and complete delivery details at the time of ordering. If the wrong details are provided Floriade will not be held responsible for the cost of redelivering the order. Your payment will be processed once your online order in complete.

Floriade will aim to deliver the order by the given order date. Because we are reliant on couriers we are unable to advise of an exact time for your delivery. For this reason we ask you provide us with the recipients phone number.

We need all distance weekend orders by the Friday before otherwise we are unable to deliver the order until the following Monday.

Floriade will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered. It is up to the recipient to follow the care instructions that we attach to all orders to make sure their flowers last.
