Social Distancing
Floriade can accommodate 5 people in store at any one time. We would like to remind our customers that they are to keep 1.5m distance between other customers and our team. If you are unwell please defer your visit and give us a call or order online. We offer same day delivery seven days a week.
Cleaning
Please use the hand sanitiser as you come in to the store. We have increased our cleaning of high traffic areas.
Paying for your Flowers
While we do accept cash payments we encourage you to order online, or pay by eftpos in store.
Picking up your order
Our staff will use hand sanitiser prior to wrapping your flowers, we have a collection station in store and your items will be placed their for you to collect.
Contactless Delivery
Our couriers provide contactless delivery. They will alert you the flowers are on your doorstep and wait at a safe distance to ensure they are received.
